& only reason for sale is to fund other vehicle projects. Good reliable engine and gearbox. Crankcase oil seal replaced 1 year ago. Original 8” wheels ( was going to upgrade to 10” but didn`t get round to it) Converted to 12v electrics (so you can actually see where you are going), 12v Cosa flywheel and stator with electronic ignition. Have, but not yet fitted, brand new rectifier. it has a Steering lock with key. Also fitted with ignition switch, fitted next to petrol tap etc, see photo. Supplied with key. Fitted with tan king and queen seat. Chrome leg shield trim, Chrome leg shield badge, Currently fitted with black and chrome number plate but have got the legal black and yellow one for it as well. Speedo has been replaced so no idea of mileage, also speedo has recently stopped working and haven`t had chance to investigate. This scooter has been ridden so there are the usual minor marks. There is a scuff in the paint on offside side panel that the previous owner inflicted with ratchet straps when he collected the scoot (Not rusty) see last picture (Excuse the camera flash). The front white wall tyre has been changed as it had a split in it. On the whole this really is a gorgeous scooter, It is in really good condition and looks stunning and runs really well.  | 1982 VESPA (DOUGLAS) RED.Vespa (Douglas) PX125 with a 200cc engine, registered as a 125. Since last September the scooter has had a new clutch and rear hub fitted. It has also
just recently had a new barrel and piston fitted so it needs to be run in. The scooter also comes with a spare tyre.The front mudguard is scratched with a few dents but I`m throwing in a new painted mudguard with the scooter. As with a vehicle that is thirty years old, there are a few signs of age. The fuel tank is from a T5.
