  | LAMBRETTA LI 125 SERIES 3 * ONE PREVIOUS OWNER FROM NEW *.Beautifully restored Lambretta Li 125 which has a 175 top end. Being a historic vehicle it is tax exempt, the restoration was done about 10 years ago.
I have had this scooter for 17 years and I am the 2nd owner from new. Since I have had it I`ve only ever driven it in dry conditions (never wet) and it has always been kept in the garage, in all this time its never let me down and it starts on the 1st / 2nd kick.The engine which has a 175 top end on it, was totally rebuilt and it`s been completely rewired. All of the cables were replaced and it now has a 12 V electronic ignition. It was sandblasted, primed and resprayed white with a green strip through the side panels and horncasting.This is a fantastic original Lambretta with the original historic number plate, I recently had the number plate valued on line and got offered £1200 to sell it.Genuine reason for sale : This scooter comes with a lot of personnel history, I even used it on my wedding day photos. Though due to the commitments of a young family it has only been taken out in the last couple of years to be MOT`d.
