first registered as new on 01/06/2010 and has done 10,230 kilometers (6393 miles). It can be ridden by anyone 16 years of age or older who holds a provisional licence and a valid CBT certificate. The engine starts on the button and runs fine. The moped is being `sold as seen` so viewing is welcome. The scooter has been involved in an accident and has been classed as a Category C insurance loss. Unlike cars, Cat C bikes are allowed straight back on the road and do not require inspection, certification or re-registering. The accident damage consists of a damaged front fairing and scuffed headlamp, plus several scuffs and scrapes elsewhere on the bodywork. The front end is slightly twisted but we haven`t stripped it down to investigate. The centre stand spring is missing which is why there bungee in place. In addition there is pitting on the fork stanchions with leaky seals, the brakes are a bit clunky and the exhaust has surface corrosion.   | 2008 QINGQI 50cc Scooter. | Hi There, | You are bidding for a 2008 50cc QINGQI (pronounced ``Ching-Chee``). Only 8811 kms (5474 miles). Used it as a station runner each day. It
costs me about £2.50 to run on petrol each week. Very cheap commuting. | Selling it as I am moving home to Australia in 3 weeks. IT MUST BE SOLD befor June 6th, so i will consider all offers. | Mot till Sep 2012 and Tax till July 2012 | The bike run`s well. Starts every time with the push of a button. This bike can be driven on a normal car license which is why I bought it. It only has a top speed of 35 miles per hour, so this bike is not allowed on A roads, but on normal roads it goes fine, even up hills. | The only things to mention about the bike 1) The fuel guage works in reverse, so it does not work properly. When the bike is full of fuel the guage shows as empty and as the tank gets empty the guage shows as full. But it is accurate, and I can show this to you if you get the bike. 2) The head light just stopped working this week, and needs to be replaced. The high-beam ligh still works fine, and i have been using that in the evenings when it gets dark, so can still drive at night no problems. But just a front light bulb needs replacing. | I will throw in a 5 litre fuel container, bike chain to lock around the back wheel, and also a fluro yellow vest for those long dark winter months.
