just recently had a new barrel and piston fitted so it needs to be run in. The scooter also comes with a spare tyre.The front mudguard is scratched with a few dents but I`m throwing in a new painted mudguard with the scooter. As with a vehicle that is thirty years old, there are a few signs of age. The fuel tank is from a T5. and tax until 31.03.2013 I purchased this scooter in March this year as I could ride without L plates and no more CBTs. This in turn would save some money on re-tests as I have an older car licence. Rode her to my first rally, with no problems and cruising 50 mph all the way. The CDI packed up when I got on the campsite! So a kind scooterist fixed it for me and lent me a 2nd hand one to get me home, but got half way home and she packed up on me again. Unfortunately the AA couldn`t work out why she wouldn`t go, as it has good compression and fuel getting through. I`m no mechanic and have had enough now. It should be an easy fix for someone who knows small-frames. Obviously it still needs a CDI as the other was knackered and I have had to return the one I borrowed from the kind lad at the rally. (cost around £25 to replace) It has a few dents and scratches here and there as you would expect for a 25 yr old scooter. All the numbers and details match the logbook of which is in my name. The scooter is not based here in Leicestershire, as I purchased it as a spare-time thing to ride over my Mums while she could look after the kids for me. The scooter is based in Burntwood Staffs.
